How to Replace Cartridge(s)

1. Press the cover release button of the printer and then open the front cover.
2. Pull the drum unit assembly forward where the empty cartridge is. Then, push down the blue lock lever and remove the used toner cartridge from the drum unit.
3. Unbox the new toner cartridge. Hold the new toner on both ends and firmly lock it 5-6 times to distribute the ink inside thoroughly.
4. Remove the protective cover of the toner and then place the new toner into the drum and push until it snaps into place.
5. Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by carefully sliding the blue tab from side to side a few times and then return this tab to its original position.
6. Push the drum unit assembly back into the printer and then close the front cover of the machine.
